AI OVERVIEW: Generational leadership means one generation investing in the next, as Barnabas does for Paul by introducing him to the apostles, vouching for his conversion, and signaling trust when others doubted him. A mentor brings four W's: wisdom, worth, width, and protection, providing discernment and know-how, resources and relationships, and stability for the one mentored. The talk invites listeners to look for Barnabas moments around them—mentoring coworkers, neighbors, or children—and to live in a way that advances the mission, not just personal gain, following Jesus' example of making disciples and then passing on the baton.
