AI OVERVIEW: Jesus invites a retreat to a quiet place and rest, even amid rejection, bereavement, trauma, and busy days, showing that prayer begins in the middle of life’s pressures. Four simple steps form the PRAY acronym—Pause, Rejoice, Ask, Yield—with practical tips like setting a two-minute alarm, breathing slowly, and repeating a short phrase to center attention on God. Rejoice leads to worship, asking expresses persistent faith in God’s power and wisdom, and yielding means surrendering to God, saying yes to his direction, because the most important outcome of prayer is becoming your prayer.
